Togather and Brooklyn Brewery present Books & Beer, a lively conversation and Q&A featuring Brooklyn-based sugar superstars Liz Gutman and Jen King, the authors of The Liddabit Sweets Candy Cookbook.

Welcomed by New Orleans’ own food personality, Poppy Tooker, Liz and Jen will share stories of how their business began, how they find inspiration for new candy creations, and how they source locally and sustainably produced ingredients. The Liddabit ladies will also teach us how to make their best-selling Beer & Pretzel Caramels with a live demo and tasting.

Your ticket includes complimentary Brooklyn Brewery beer, a signed copy of The Liddabit Sweets Candy Cookbook and samples of yummy Liddabit treats at the event. A portion of all proceeds will benefit Slow Food New Orleans.
